  3. The following are StudyCards(TM) for various subjects.  You must also load the StudyCard APP on you calculator : for the 89 for the 83/84

  StudyCard stacks are available through TI (TI Web Site StudyCard Activity Exchange, StudyCard resources) or see below.

Cards created for the 89 can have their format changed to use them on the 83/84 with the help of the Creator software. In the software click "View" "As TI Device."  To put the following files on your TI Device, I think this should work:

If you have the 89 emulator you can demonstrate StudyCards with StudyCards/Calculus/StdyCard.FSP   If you need the emulator look at "Instructions updated for using Flash Studio 89 Emulator" - Word doc. To demonstrate StudyCards on the TI-SmartView consider using this StudyCards/timer&studycards.84state (4 MB). It doesn't have any calculus files on it, but it does include 'Study of Functions', physics and SAT stacks.

The files on this page are Texas Instruments StudyCardsTM files, or electronic flash card files for TI graphing handhelds, which contain sample review questions for various AP Exams. These files can be downloaded to select TI graphing handhelds and can be used by students for self-review, or can be used by the teacher in conjunction with TI-NavigatorTM for a quick assessment on student understanding of concepts.

The AP Biology file can be downloaded to the TI-83 Plus, TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, TI-84 Plus, and TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. AP Biology StudyCards File (.8xv/17KB)
The AP Calculus file can be downloaded to the TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, TI-92 Plus, and VoyageTM 200.

In order to download and use these files on your graphing handheld, you will need the following:

  1. TI-ConnectTM software loaded on your computer (a free download).
    TI-Connect

  2. A TI Connectivity Cable USB. (If you have a TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, TI-84 Plus, TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, TI-89 Titanium, or VoyageTM 200, this cable was included with your handheld.)

  3. The StudyCards App loaded onto your TI graphing handheld. If you own a TI-83 Plus family or TI-84 Plus family graphing handheld, TI-89 Titanium, or VoyageTM 200, then this App is most likely already on your device. To check, press the "Apps" button and see if StudyCards is listed. If not, click on the link below for directions on how to download the StudyCards App to your TI handheld.

  4. The AP Exam review StudyCards file loaded onto your TI graphing handheld. To do this, download the file from this page to your computer's desktop. Drag the icon from your desktop to the TI-ConnectTM icon on your desktop. The transfer process will begin automatically.

Once you have completed the above, press the "Apps" button on your TI handheld and select the StudyCards App. Once in the StudyCards App, open the file that you have downloaded (biology or calculus), and you're ready to go!
